Ingredients

The base

Instructions

  1. Cut the stem off the cauliflower and break it into florets.
  2. Place the florets into a food processor or heavy-duty blender and chop until rice-like.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chopped cauliflower and minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Cook while stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  6. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
