Instructions
- Cut off the green outer edges of the cauliflower and break it into chunks.
- Place the chunks into a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.
- Choose a cooking method: pan fry, roast, or bake.
- For pan frying, heat oil in a pan, add the cauliflower rice, and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes.
- For roasting, spread the rice on a sheet pan, drizzle with oil, and roast at 400°F for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
- For baking, place the rice in a covered dish, drizzle with oil, and bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
