Instructions
- Wash the cauliflower and remove the green leaves.
- Cut the cauliflower in half and remove the core.
- For the box grater method, chop the cauliflower into large chunks and grate using medium-sized holes.
- For the food processor method, chop the cauliflower into small florets and pulse in the food processor until it resembles grains of rice.
- Sauté the riced cauliflower in a large skillet over medium heat with the oil.
- Cover with a lid to steam and cook for a total of 5-8 minutes, then season as desired.
