Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
- Remove the leaves from the head of cauliflower and slice it into 4 large chunks.
- Grate the cauliflower florets using a box grater until a rice-like texture is achieved.
- Alternatively, cut the cauliflower into small florets and process them in a food processor until riced.
- Serve the cauliflower rice raw or sauté it as desired.
