Instructions
- Line a medium-sized bowl with a tea towel or cheesecloth.
- Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and place them in a high-powered food processor, processing in batches if necessary.
- Pulse the cauliflower until it resembles small rice-sized pieces and pour it into the lined bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt to the cauliflower rice and stir, then let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Twist the top of the tea towel to strain excess moisture from the cauliflower rice.
