Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, then add onions and garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Turn the heat to medium-high and mix in the almond flour.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and beef broth, then bring to a simmer and cook until thick.
- Transfer the filling into a baking dish and preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until soft, then blend with butter until combined. Add cream, salt, pepper, and cheese, blending until smooth.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture on top of the filling and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
