Grilled Shrimp and Grits

Instructions
- Toss shrimp with olive oil and old bay seasoning in a bowl.
- Boil chicken broth and water in a large pot, then gradually add grits while stirring constantly.
- Let grits simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Prepare the grill for direct heat.
- Grill the shrimp, sausage, and peppers until cooked through, removing them as they are done.
- Chop the grilled shrimp, sausage, and peppers once cooled.
- Add milk, cheese, and butter to the grits and stir to combine, then season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Ladle grits into bowls and top with shrimp, sausage, and peppers, garnishing with parsley.
- Serve with hot sauce and additional seasonings as desired.
