Instructions
- Mix the wet ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased microwave-safe bowl.
- Cover with a paper towel and microwave for about 3 to 3½ minutes.
- Once cooked, top with yogurt, applesauce, chopped pecans, dried fruits, and apple syrup.
- Serve immediately.
