Banana Quinoa Breakfast Bake

cooked quinoa (about ¼ cup dry quinoa)

Instructions
- Cook the quinoa if not already done.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F) and prepare ramekins or a small cake tin.
- Combine the chosen flour(s), baking powder, salt, baking soda, quinoa, and any additional ingredients in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the banana, egg whites, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Pour the mixture into prepared ramekins and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
