Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and prepare a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the butter, powdered sugar, flour, and vanilla until combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan and prick with a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until light golden, then let cool completely.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and cream, and melt in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring each minute until smooth.
- Spread the melted caramel over the cooled crust and refrigerate until solid.
- Melt the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups in the microwave, stirring every 45 seconds until smooth.
- Spread the melted peanut butter cups over the solid caramel layer and refrigerate until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
