Layered Lasagna

The base

The filling

Ricotta cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper

Desired fillings, such as roasted vegetables
The topping

Shredded cheese, such as mozzarella and Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Oil a baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce at the bottom of the dish.
- Add a layer of noodles, followed by half the ricotta, half of the desired fillings, and more sauce.
- Repeat the layering with another set of noodles, the remaining ricotta, remaining fillings, and more sauce.
- Top with a final layer of noodles, spread the remaining sauce on top, and sprinkle with shredded cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbling.
