Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted water until just al dente, then drain.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the ground beef, then add the pasta sauce and simmer.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the lasagna in layers: start with sauce, then noodles, ricotta, and cheese, repeating for three layers.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove the foil and bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
