Easy Lasagna

ricotta cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated or finely shredded parmesan cheese
The layers

uncooked lasagna noodles

chopped fresh basil or parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and grease a baking dish.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and vegetable broth.
- Spread 1/3 of the marinara sauce in the bottom of the baking dish and layer with 3 lasagna noodles.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles, then top with half of the mozzarella and half of the parmesan. Add another 1/3 of the sauce.
- Add 3 more lasagna noodles and spread the remaining ricotta on top. Pour the last 1/3 of the sauce over this layer.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake.
- Remove the foil and continue baking uncovered until finished.
- Let the lasagna rest for about 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
