Instructions
- Prepare the pie dough by pulsing flour, butter, and buttermilk in a food processor until it forms crumbs, then refrigerate.
- Make the filling by browning the beef, adding vegetables and water, then simmering until softened.
- Create a quick gravy using some of the cooking liquid, flour, and butter, then mix it with the meat and vegetables.
