Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for the dry rub in a bowl and mix well.
- Use the dry rub on 2 to 3 lbs. of ribs by sprinkling it and massaging it into the meat.
- Let the rub sit on the ribs for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
- Store any leftover rub in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.
