Grilled Beef Ribs

Ingredients

The ribs

  • 3 pounds beef ribs

For the Rub/Marinade

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Serving

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all rub/marinade ingredients together in a bowl and coat the beef ribs evenly.
  2. Cover the ribs and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to 250° Fahrenheit.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill over indirect heat.
  5. Cover and cook for about 1½ hours, flipping every 20 minutes.
  6. Brush with barbecue sauce in the last 10-20 minutes of cooking.
  7. Serve warm.
