For Serving
Instructions
- Mix all rub/marinade ingredients together in a bowl and coat the beef ribs evenly.
- Cover the ribs and marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 250° Fahrenheit.
- Place the ribs on the grill over indirect heat.
- Cover and cook for about 1½ hours, flipping every 20 minutes.
- Brush with barbecue sauce in the last 10-20 minutes of cooking.
- Serve warm.
