Slow Cooker Beef Ribs

Instructions
- If the ribs are in a rack, cut them apart.
- Sprinkle the ribs with seasoning salt or salt and pepper and layer them in the slow cooker.
- Add 1½ cups of barbecue sauce and 1 cup of water to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until the meat is tender.
- Transfer the ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet, membrane-side down.
- Brush the ribs with the remaining ½ cup of barbecue sauce and broil for 5 to 8 minutes until caramelized.
- Let the ribs cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
