Slow Cooker Crockpot Ribs with BBQ Sauce

The sauce
Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry and remove the membrane from the back.
- Sprinkle the spices onto both sides of the ribs and slice if necessary to fit in the slow cooker.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker and drizzle BBQ sauce over them.
- Cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours.
- Check the internal temperature; it should be between 195 to 205 degrees for pork.
- Carefully remove the ribs as they will be very tender.
- For crispy ribs, broil them in the oven or grill for a few minutes.
