Instructions
- Cut the ribs into segments that fit inside the slow cooker.
- Rub the spice blend over the ribs and drizzle 1 cup of BBQ sauce on top.
- Stack the ribs in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray.
- Preheat the broiler and brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the ribs.
- Broil for 4-6 minutes until the ribs caramelize.
- Slice the ribs and serve.
