Instructions
- Pat the ribs dry and cut them to fit the slow cooker.
- Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Rub the spice rub on all sides of the ribs.
- Pour the apple juice, ACV, and liquid smoke into the slow cooker.
- Add the ribs to the slow cooker and cover.
- Cook on High for 3-5 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the ribs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Slather the ribs with barbecue sauce.
- Optionally broil the ribs for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
