Instructions
- Put a trivet in the Instant Pot and add water or juice, liquid smoke, and apple cider vinegar.
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and applying the dry spice rub on both sides.
- Roll the rack of ribs into a 'C' shape and place it in the pot.
- Close the lid and set the venting knob to Sealing.
- Select Pressure Cook and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pot naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
- Release any remaining pressure and carefully remove the ribs.
- Optionally, broil the ribs with BBQ sauce for a few minutes until bubbly.
