Easy Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs

Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the ribs.
- Prepare the spice rub and apply it to both sides of the ribs.
- Add water, apple cider vinegar, and liquid smoke to the Instant Pot.
- Place the wire rack in the pot and curl the ribs inside with the meat side facing out.
- Top with cubed onion and garlic.
- Secure the lid and cook on Pressure Cooker mode for 25 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick release the rest.
- Preheat the oven to Broiler HIGH and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Remove the ribs from the Instant Pot and place them on the baking sheet.
- Slather the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil for 2-3 minutes before serving.
