Instructions
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back and seasoning with the dry rub.
- If making homemade BBQ sauce, sauté onions and garlic in the Instant Pot, then add remaining sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Place the seasoned ribs in the Instant Pot, securing the lid and setting the valve to sealing.
- Cook on Manual High Pressure for 40 minutes, then quick-release the pressure.
- Preheat the broiler and transfer the ribs to a baking sheet.
- Broil the ribs for 1 to 3 minutes until browned.
- Serve the ribs with the BBQ sauce.
