Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
The ribs

rack of baby back ribs, cut into 3 equal sections

BBQ sauce of choice
The spice rub

garlic powder

teaspoon
chili powder

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
ground cumin

¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the spice rub and set aside.
- Cut the rack of ribs into 3 equal sections and pat dry with paper towels.
- Rub the spice rub generously over each section of the ribs.
- Place the metal rack into the bottom of the Instant Pot and add the broth or water.
- Arrange the ribs in a pyramid formation on the rack.
- Lock the lid in place and set the valve to 'Sealing'.
- Select the high-pressure setting and set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
- Release the pressure immediately after cooking time is up.
- Preheat the broiler and place the ribs on a baking sheet.
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
- Cut into individual ribs for serving.
