Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 300°F over indirect heat.
- Pat the ribs dry and apply Dijon mustard followed by BBQ rub.
- Cook the ribs on the grill for 2 hours.
- Prepare a wrap with butter, BBQ rub, and brown sugar on foil, then place the ribs non-membrane side down.
- Return the wrapped ribs to the grill for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, and slice the ribs.
- Garnish with additional pepper flakes, sesame seeds, or green onions if desired.
