Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, rolled oats, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, and dried fruit in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined, adjusting with more peanut butter or oats as needed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Scoop out 1 ½ Tbsp amounts and roll into balls.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
