Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and salt it, then cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- 2. While the pasta cooks, prepare the sauce by blending avocados, goat cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and basil in a food processor until smooth.
- 3. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large bowl.
- 5. Mix the avocado goat cheese sauce with the pasta until well coated.
- 6. Add the halved grape tomatoes and serve.
