Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and boil salted water for the pasta.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse.
- In a baking dish, place the goat cheese in the center and arrange garlic, chickpeas, tomatoes, and olives around it.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then stir the mixture and bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes.
- Smash the roasted garlic and mix it with the tomatoes and cheese.
- Combine the tomato mixture with the pasta and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm or at room temperature.
