Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place 4-5 tater tots into each cavity of a muffin tin until all cavities are filled.
- Bake the muffin tray with tater tots for 11 minutes.
- Remove the tray and press down the tater tots to create indentations.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese into the indentations of the tater tots.
- Top with pizza sauce, another layer of cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil before serving.
