Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients

The lobster

  • 1 lb lobster tails

The seasoning

  • ΒΌ stick salted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste cayenne pepper
  • as needed lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen.
  3. Cut through the top part of the lobster shell towards the tail to create a rectangle shape.
  4. Remove the lobster shell to expose the meat.
  5. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and add a dash of cayenne pepper to the flesh.
  6. Melt the butter and mix in the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster, reserving some for dipping.
  8. Broil the lobster tails for 5-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  9. Serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
