Instructions
- Preheat the broiler in your oven.
- Thaw the lobster tails if they are frozen.
- Cut through the top part of the lobster shell towards the tail to create a rectangle shape.
- Remove the lobster shell to expose the meat.
- Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet and add a dash of cayenne pepper to the flesh.
- Melt the butter and mix in the garlic, parsley, and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster, reserving some for dipping.
- Broil the lobster tails for 5-8 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with the remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
