Broiled Lobster Tail

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, cooking oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, minced thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise down the center, then cut at an angle on both sides to loosen the meat.
- Lift the meat and lay it over the shell.
- Brush the lobster meat with the olive oil-garlic mixture until well coated.
- Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and cover with plastic wrap to marinate in the fridge for about 25-30 minutes.
- Broil the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes until the flesh is opaque and white.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
