Instructions

- Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting the shell and pulling the meat upward.
- Whisk together melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Broil the lobster tails for about 1 minute per ounce until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
