Grilled Lobster Tail

Ingredients

The lobster

  • 6 tails lobster (7-8 ounces each)

The seasoning and butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • as needed lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut down the top of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and slice through the flesh without cutting through the bottom shell.
  3. Flatten each tail and insert a skewer through the lobster meat to prevent curling.
  4. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl and microwave until melted.
  6. Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Flip the tails over, drizzle with garlic butter, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  8. Garnish with additional parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
