Grilled Lobster Tail

The seasoning and butter

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut down the top of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and slice through the flesh without cutting through the bottom shell.
- Flatten each tail and insert a skewer through the lobster meat to prevent curling.
- Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl and microwave until melted.
- Place the lobster tails flesh side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the tails over, drizzle with garlic butter, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
