Instructions
- Preheat the grill over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped chives, sriracha, Creole seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise and at an angle to loosen the meat but keep it attached at the fin end.
- Rub the lobster meat with the marinade mixture, ensuring all parts are covered, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
- Lightly oil the grill grate, place the lobster tails flesh side down, and grill for 8-10 minutes until the meat is pink and opaque, basting frequently with marinade.
- Carefully flip the lobster tails and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes until firm to the touch.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
