Ingredients

The lobster tails

  • 4 pieces lobster tails

The toppings

  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 piece lime
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the grill to a temperature of 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut a slit down the back of each lobster tail using kitchen shears.
  3. Stuff each lobster tail with minced garlic, a sprinkle of sea salt, a pat of butter, and a slice of lime.
  4. Oil the grill grates with a high heat oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the lobster tails cut side down on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes until the meat starts to turn pink.
  6. Flip the lobster tails and check the internal temperature, ensuring it does not exceed 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
