Chili Rosemary Roasted Nuts

The seasoning

chopped fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325℉.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nuts in an even layer.
- In a small bowl, mix the oil, chili powder, cumin, fine salt, lime juice, and rosemary.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.
- Roast the nuts for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Once roasted, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Allow the nuts to cool for about 20 minutes before storing.
