Chili Rosemary Roasted Nuts

Ingredients

The nuts

  • 4 cups dry roasted or raw mixed nuts

The seasoning

  • 1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • Juice of 1 lime (3-4 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • to taste none flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325℉.
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the nuts in an even layer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the oil, chili powder, cumin, fine salt, lime juice, and rosemary.
  4. Pour the mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.
  5. Roast the nuts for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  6. Once roasted, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  7. Allow the nuts to cool for about 20 minutes before storing.
