Easy Oven Baked Falafel

Instructions
- Combine chickpeas, parsley, garlic, onion, sesame seeds, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, coriander, cardamom, black pepper, salt, and olive oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour to form a thick dough. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 ½ inches in diameter, and flatten them slightly.
- Place the falafel on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
