The dressing

mayonnaise

lemon juice

pineapple juice

Instructions
- Drain the pineapple, reserving 2 teaspoons of the juice.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded carrots, pineapple, and raisins.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the carrot mixture and stir until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
