Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 ounces buffalo wing sauce
  • 6 tablespoons butter, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional)
  • as needed spray cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Coat the crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Arrange the chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and black pepper over the chicken.
  4. Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the chicken.
  5. Layer the sliced butter on top of the sauce.
  6. Drizzle honey over the top.
  7. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  8. Uncover the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  9. Add more hot sauce if desired, sprinkle with parsley, then serve.
