Ingredients

The chicken

  • 3 lbs raw boneless skinless chicken breasts

The sauce

  • 12 oz bottle of Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 oz packet of dry Ranch mix
  • 2 tablespoons light butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the Buffalo wing sauce over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the dry Ranch mix over the sauce.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7-9 hours until the chicken shreds easily.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the sauce and add the light butter.
  7. Stir to combine and continue cooking on low for another hour.
