Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt.
- 2. Set the slow cooker to 'high' and place the chicken inside.
- 3. Add onion, jalapeño, and garlic to the cooker.
- 4. Sprinkle in ranch seasoning and black pepper, then pour in honey and buffalo sauce.
- 5. Mix everything together using tongs.
- 6. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- 7. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and add butter.
- 8. Turn the heat to low and let it rest for about an hour, tossing occasionally.
- 9. After resting, uncover and let it sit for about 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- 10. Serve on lettuce wraps, sliders, or as desired.
