Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Pepper
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ cup Ranch Dressing
  • chopped Green Onions

The buns

  • 4 Slider Buns
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat and add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, cooking for 1-2 minutes until warm.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded cheese and ranch dressing, then set aside.
  5. Spoon ¼ cup of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
  6. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of the cheesy ranch mixture and sprinkle with green onions.
  7. Cap the sliders with the top bun and place them in a baking dish.
  8. Brush melted butter over the top of each slider.
  9. Bake for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  10. Serve hot.
