Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Sliders

shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken with Frank's Red Hot sauce until fully coated.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in the baking dish.
- Top each slider bottom with 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture to each slider bun.
- Place the tops on each slider bun.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are toasted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with diced fresh cilantro and optional ranch dressing.
