Instructions
- Place the chicken, Buffalo sauce, butter, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using forks or a stand mixer.
- Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as necessary.
- Toast the buns if desired.
- Assemble the sliders by placing chicken on the bottom half of the buns and topping with ranch dressing, blue cheese, tomato, and lettuce.
- Finish with the top half of the buns and serve immediately.
