Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the rolls are lightly browned.
- Serve warm, optionally with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
