Ingredients

The filling

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese

The bread

  • 12 pieces sweet dinner rolls

The topping

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls in the baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the rolls are lightly browned.
  10. Serve warm, optionally with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
