Broccoli Carrot and Orange Slaw

The salad dressing

paleo mayo

white balsamic vinegar

freshly squeezed orange juice

Instructions
- Prep all the fruits and vegetables and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the raisins, coconut, and sesame seeds.
- Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a large measuring cup or mixing bowl and whisk until well combined and slightly emulsified.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld.
- This salad can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
