Orzo with Lemon and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup orzo
  • ½ Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp rosemary, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté the orzo in butter over medium to high heat until lightly browned.
  2. 2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with additional rosemary and enjoy!
