Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the orzo.
- 2. Cook the orzo until al dente, then drain and place it in a bowl.
- 3. Add lemon zest to the pasta.
- 4. Mix in olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Combine all ingredients and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
