Ingredients

The pasta

  • 2 cups orzo, uncooked

The sauce

  • 3 T. olive oil
  • T. garlic powder
  • 2 T. lemon zest
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the orzo.
  2. 2. Cook the orzo until al dente, then drain and place it in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add lemon zest to the pasta.
  4. 4. Mix in olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Combine all ingredients and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
