Spinach and Parmesan Orzo

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the dry orzo and stir to coat, cooking for about 2 minutes until some orzo pieces begin to brown.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for about 14-15 minutes until the broth is absorbed and the orzo is tender.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the Parmesan, basil, Italian seasoning, and black pepper, stirring until combined.
- Serve immediately.
