Ingredients

  • 4 ounces orzo
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream or milk
  • ΒΌ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil salted water in a medium pot and cook the orzo according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Drain the orzo and add the butter, stirring until melted.
  3. 3. Mix in the cream (or milk) and Parmesan cheese.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with parsley if desired.
